Property Manager / Groundskeeper Wanted — Full Time
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Property Manager to look after a private rural property on a full-time basis (5 days/week).
The role covers a wide range of upkeep across the house, pool, gardens and grounds, including:
Pool – chemical testing/balancing, cleaning, filter/pump checks
Lawns & Gardens – mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, garden bed maintenance
Paving & Grounds – sweeping, pressure washing, drain clearing
House Exterior – window cleaning, gutter checks, cobweb removal, general upkeep
Vehicles – washing and basic care
General – bins, light maintenance, coordinating trades, keeping things running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Someone reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Experience in property/garden maintenance, landscaping, or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Own transport
- Good attention to detail and pride in their work
